I could NOT have asked for better service. These folks went above and beyond to come to our aid. From Brad, Jesse and then nurse Paula, my heart ❤️ just swelled because of the love and attention they gave to my brother-in-law. Agape love is abundant here.

Lewis went on hospice on Sept 23. We were so blessed with Agape Care Group during Lewis’s end-of-life journey. AGAPE was there to the last second and still months later getting calls making sure we were ok and asking if we needed anything. Just to name a few special people that our family got close with and got to Love. CNA AMANDA & NURSE NICOLE But his whole care team was Great! NP Kelly Wells was awesome and nurse Kerri also put a Happy face on Lewis and the family. WE HAD GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU!

Zion
Clover, SC

Zion’s hospice care was phenomenal. The nurses, social workers, child life specialist, and all the support staff were extremely attentive to Zion’s needs and to my needs as well. They made me feel really comfortable about Zion’s end-of-life process and I will never forget any of them. They all will have a special place in my heart.

Thank you so much, Hands of Hope!

Joan
Leesville, SC

Our mama was professionally and lovingly cared for at Lexington Agape House, and we believe she was not in pain as she slowly passed away, in the final nearly 2 weeks of her life. We were kept informed and treated with the utmost respect.

Our mama was a most caring woman and mother, and before her dementia, she talked a lot, had many friends. Ya’ll never got to hear her speak; but we are sure she’s in a much better place now, and speaking highly of each of you who cared for her!

Thank you so very much. I appreciate all that your agency has done in helping my aunt’s transition run smoothly. I didn’t know what to expect in regard to her personal care and medical needs. Agape stepped in and gave her everything she needed. Her personal and medical care was superb. Thanks again for your professional expertise in making sure my aunt’s transition ran smoothly. We appreciate you.

My family’s experience at the Hospice House in Lexington during my dad’s last days was just what we needed at that difficult time. Being able to focus on only him and each other while having the wonderful staff to help brought so much peace. Thank you.

On behalf of myself and my husband the care that we received was phenomenal. From the beginning to the end, they showed him the loving care that he needed. I would recommend anyone to your services from the nurses to the Chaplain.

Earl
North Charleston, SC

The care Earl received from Agape Care Team was a blessing. They provided the support that was so desperately needed at his stage of illness. They continually reminded him that he was in control of the direction of his treatment which helped him feel comfortable and eased the stress. Leighton (his nurse)- Words can’t express how much I appreciate you. God hand picked you to be Earl’s nurse. Y’all were two peas in a pod. I pray peace and strength over you to continue what you do.
